Be kind, always.

We all have different battles we’re fighting

We all wear different shoes

So, be kind, always…

Because you don’t know what that person might be going through.

We all love differently

Some harder than others

We all have wounds,

Battle scars that we’re trying to hide

From one another

Why?

Maybe it’s because we don’t see eye to eye.

But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be kind…

• Kindness is key and it really does go a far way, if you let it. Lately, I’ve been feeling really happy, more happy than usual. It’s not a bad thing, but it’s something I’ve noticed. I’ve noticed that the more I’m kind, the more good I see in people. We all have flaws, we all have different battles we’re fighting and even if we don’t see eye to eye, or aren’t friends, or have had history of any sort, that doesn’t give us a reason to be an asshole because you don’t know what they’re dealing with. You could see someon who’s showing off their biggest smile, but deep down is hurting. That’s not always the case, but we do need to be more mindful about others. I have to also. I’ve realized that I’ve been very particular with who I’m kind with and that’s not the way I wanna live. On another note, the more you accept something, the more easier it is to deal with. It’s true. Whatever you’re going through, whether you got out of a break up, or had a divorce, or got fired from a job, it’s gonna be harder to deal with if you haven’t fully accepted it. (Even if it’s not your fault) I’m not saying you have to accept it right then and there, but eventually you’re gonna have to. If not, the feelings inside of you are going to build up and it’s gonna break you. So, be kind, always. 😊

Xoxo, Savvy ❤

  1. Yes. Be kind to others and most especially to yourself. Sometimes we take and dislodge upon ourselves all the “un-kindness” we can’t throw unto the world.
Being kind to others without expectations is truly a noble virtue to practice and a very liberating one.
    Great post, Savanah ☺
