Sometimes I wonder
About that one time in the summer
Butterflies were fluttering
The sun was out and about
But when the sun went down,
I started to doubt
The feelings and emotions
I carried everyday
Whenever I would pray,
I wouldn’t know what to say.
I sat down, and looked up and started wishinnn’
When I should have been open hearted and started to listen.
Then winter came along
And when I heard that song,
It brought be back to a place of hope
A place I forgot about, whenever I needed to cope…
